Firstly, a dimension inspection which mainly covers the below lists:
- Hexagonal Depth: 4.63mm-5.15mm
- Screw Length: Vary from 1″ to 10″
- Socket Head Diameter: 13.97mm-14.27mm
Secondly, Mechanical performance testing:
- Min Tensile Strength: 1220 to 1420 Kfg/cm2
- Rockwell hardness C39 To C44
